Aviation Accounts Receivable Analyst (Analyst)

Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Finance and Accounts Division, located at 601 Brasilia Avenue. 

Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creates monthly invoices and statements from various data sets

• Reviews daily deposit postings and prepares files for general ledger upload

• Analyzes and reconciles billing system to general ledger

• Studies current processes and makes suggestions for changes and improvements in accounts receivable procedures

• Maintains a liaison role with other divisions in relation to accounts receivable

• Assists in maintaining central email folder

• Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation

• Assists with accounts receivable procedure development

• Performs other special projects or duties as assigned

REQUIRES an accredited Master’s degree in public or business administration, urban or regional planning, economics, organizational psychology/development, project management, or geography; OR an accredited Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of professional experience in public or business administration, corporate/municipal finance, research, accounting, planning, project/program management or geographical information system analytics.

Salary Range: Salary Range: $4,619 - $6,928/month
