First Suburbs Coalition - April 2026

Description

At the January 2026 virtual First Suburbs Coalition meeting, MARC heard from participants and their desire to learn more from each other, particularly when it comes to sharing best practices around community engagement.

Join us next Friday, April 17, 2026, in the Raytown, MO City Council Chambers for a presentation on work underway to develop a community of practice around public engagement. Learn about the work to uplift core principles of community engagement while offering tools for strengthening our practice.

Following the presentation, stay for a panel conversation among public sector practitioners and learn about best practices in place right here in the KC region.

Networking and a light breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m., with the program running from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.

The Raytown Council Chambers are located at 10000 East 59th Street, Raytown, MO 64133. There is no cost for this event, but registration is requested.
